摘要 在现场实际运行中,油气管道会发生不同程度的腐蚀结垢现象,目前很多学者对腐蚀现象研究较多,但对于结垢种类、结垢趋势、结垢量的预测研究不多。因此,介绍了管道常见的结垢种类,对结垢预测模型进行了筛选,通过模型计算与室内结垢试验进行对比,得到Davis-Stiff饱和指数法与Oddo-Tomson饱和指数法相比,预测吻合度更好,可以很好的预测结垢趋势,最后对影响结垢4类因素进行了影响程度分析,其中影响结垢的最主要因素为Ca^(2+)离子含量,其次为矿化度含量,总碱度、pH值影响程度较小。 in the actual field operation, oil and gas pipelines will suffer from corrosion and scale phenomenon of different degrees. At present, many scholars have more research on corrosion phenomenon, but there is little research on the prediction of scale type, trend and amount. Therefore, this paper introduces the common pipe scale, fouling prediction model for the selection, through the model calculation compared with laboratory scale test, get a Davis - Stiff saturation index method compared with Oddo - Tomson saturation index method, better predict alignment, can well predict scaling tendency, the last 4 kinds of factors affecting the scaling, analyzed the in uence degree of the main factors in uencing scaling for Ca2+ ion content, followed by salinity content, total alkalinity and pH value in uence degree is smaller.
