数值模拟长输管道线性辅助阳极的阴极保护 被引量:1

摘要 通过建立数学模型,确定边界条件,采用基于边界元的数值模拟软件BEASY,对长输埋地钢质管道采用线性辅助阳极时的阴极保护效果进行了模拟。总结了土壤电阻率、线性辅助阳极轴向电阻和输出电流变化时,线性辅助阳极输出电流的衰减规律。研究了线性辅助阳极与管道的间距、管道防腐层绝缘电阻率、土壤电阻率、线性辅助阳极初始输出电流和管径大小变化时,60km长管道的阴极保护电位分布。研究结果可为后续线性辅助阳极在长输管道阴极保护中的应用提供理论参考和依据。 The mathematical model was established and the boundary conditions were determined, the result of cathodic protection using linear auxiliary anode for buried steel pipeline is stimulated and calculated by using BEASY numerical simulation Software which is based on Boundary Element Method. The output current attenuation rule of linear auxiliary anode is established on change of soil resistivity, linear auxiliary anode axial resistance and output current. Cathodic protection potential distribution along the 60km pipelines is studied on change of the space between linear auxiliary anode and pipelines, coating resistivity, soil resistivity, initial output current and pipeline diameter. The results provide the theoretical reference and basis for application of linear auxiliary anode which is used for cathodic protection of buried steel pipelines.
