石油天然气场站管道焊接工艺及质量管控浅析

石油天然气场站管道中的质量要求较高,而只有做好对管道的高质量焊接,才能保障管道中的天然气集气与处理工作的开展,因此,管道焊接工艺在石油天然气场站中有着非常重要的作用。但是现阶段中我国的许多石油天然气场站的焊接管理工作中存在着明显的问题,基于这些问题通过相应的工艺施展可以提高对石油天然气管道焊接质量管控的效果,有效的发挥焊接工艺的作用,提高管道的焊接质量与焊接效果,进而为石油、天然气等资源的收集与处理提供基础,有效的减少或避免石油天然气场站中安全隐患。

The quality requirements of pipelines in oil and natural gas stations are high.Only by doing high-quality welding of pipelines can natural gas gathering and processing in pipelines be guaranteed.Therefore,pipeline welding processes are used in oil and gas stations.Has a very important role.However,there are obvious problems in the welding management of many oil and gas depots in China at this stage.Based on these problems,the performance of the welding quality control of oil and gas pipelines can be improved through the corresponding process development.Improve the welding quality and welding effect of pipelines,and then provide a basis for the collection and processing of oil,natural gas and other resources,effectively reduce or avoid potential safety hazards in oil and gas stations.
