50%液碱由于对碳钢的腐蚀性较强,不能采用普通碳钢储罐,通常采用价格高昂的不锈钢储罐存储。在碳钢储罐内表面采用热喷涂不锈钢+涂料的联合涂层防腐结构,可有效的防止50%液碱对碳钢的腐蚀,满足50%液碱的储存要求,大大的降低了储罐制作成本。
