我国职业教育校企合作的困境与对策——基于新制度主义合法性视角 被引量:5

摘要 我国职业教育校企合作双主体办学的形式,涉及政府、企业、职业院校等多个群体,发展缓慢。组织社会学新制度主义的核心概念合法性对于制度的变革有重要影响。从新制度主义的合法性来看,职业教育校企合作面临着规范合法性、规制合法性和文化-认知合法性三个方面的困境。职业教育校企合作的持续发展需要加强规制、规范和文化-认知合法性的建设,不断完善运行制度与细则。 The dual-subject mode of school-enterprise cooperation in China’s vocational education involves various groups such as government, enterprises and vocational schools and develops very slowly. "Legitimacy", the core concept of the new institutionalism in organizational sociology, has an important impact on institutional change. From the perspective of legitimacy, the school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education is confronted with some plights in normative legitimacy, regulative legitimacy and cultural-cognitive legitimacy. The sustainable development of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education requires the strengthened construction in these three aspects and continuously improves its operating system and specified regulations.
