摘要
一流学科评估是对学科发展质量的判断,是对学科知识生产能力和水平、人才培养质量和水准,以及对社会、国家乃至世界所做出贡献的评判。学科评估更应指导学科发展,激发学科发展的内生动力,鼓励学科在发展路径及发展举措等方面所做的探索,促进学科向内自省、向历史承接,通过提供持续的激励机制、监督机制和惩罚机制来规范学科建设行为,激励学科创新与持续成长。
The first-class discipline accreditation is the judgement on the quality of disciplinary development as well as on the productivity and level of disciplinary knowledge, quality and level of talent cultivation, and the contribution of some discipline to the society, the nation and even the world. Disciplinary accreditation should guide the disciplinary development, activate the internal motivation of disciplinary development, encourage the exploration of the disciplines in development approaches and measures, and promote the introspection and historical inheritance of disciplines. Disciplinary accreditation should regulate disciplinary construction, stimulate disciplinary innovation, and facilitate the sustainable growth of disciplines through continuous application of incentive, supervision and punishment mechanism.
