经济发展是就业的重要支撑,是决定就业质量和水平的关键因素。当前,我国正处于经济转型升级重要时期,主要是通过经济结构转型调整,推动供给侧结构性改革,实现产业结构优化升级,这将在一定时期内对就业环境产生一定影响,这种影响主要体现在就业市场的需求结构,就业岗位需求结构和标准等。通过介绍经济转型发展和产业结构优化升级对就业市场的影响,分析了经济转型升级下对大学生就业提出的新要求,提出了适应转型升级、促进大学生高质量就业的对策和建议。

Economic development is an important support for employment and a key factor to determine the quality and level of employment.At present,China is in an important period of economic transformation and upgrading,and promotes supply side structural reform and realize the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure mainly through economic restructuring and adjustment,which will have a certain impact on the employment environment in a certain period of time,which is mainly reflected in the demand structure of the local market,the demand structure and standards of employment posts,etc.This paper introduces the impact of economic transformation and industrial structure optimization and upgrading on the employment market,analyzes the new requirements for the employment of college students under the economic transformation and upgrading,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to adapt to the transformation and upgrading and promote the high-quality employment of college students.
