通过对国内外应用型人才培养模式的研究,提出了完善人才培养模式、编写电气运行实训教材、提升教师实践能力、改革实训考核方式等转型发展的改革措施,以期破解如何培养面向生产一线的高层次技术技能人才的难题,着力培养贴近生产实际的人才,实现毕业生知识体系与生产实际需要能力相衔接。

Through the research on the training mode of applied talents at home and abroad,the paper put forward the reform measures of perfecting the training mode of talents,the use of teaching materials for electrical operation training,the improvement of teachers'ability and the reform of practical resources examination methods are proposed,and how to cultivate the frontline for production The problem of high-level technical skills and talents is to solve the problems that currently plague the talents close to the scene,and to realize the docking of graduates undefined export and production site entrance.
