以研究贫困大学生身心健康现状、存在的主要问题、问题产生的主要原因为切入点,分析了高校体育教育对贫困大学生身体素质和心理健康的影响。为更好地解决贫困大学生身体和心理健康问题,就体育教育中的运动项目进行了有针对性的分析,为制定行之有效的解决贫困大学生身心健康问题的方法和措施,创建帮助贫困大学生积极参与体育活动的项目和平台,提供了有效的参考依据。

Through literature review and questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the influence of college physical education on poor college students'physical and mental health and psychological health by studying the status quo of poor college students'physical and mental health,the main existing problems and the main causes.In order to better solve the problems of poor college students'physical and mental health,it analyzes the sports items in physical education in a targeted way.In order to formulate effective methods and measures to solve the physical and mental health problems of poor college students,to create projects and platforms for poor college students to participate in sports activities,to provide effective reference basis.
