研究型教学模式在生物制药本科专业综合实验中的探索与应用——以抗菌肽的高效制备与活性分析为例

Exploration and Application of Research-oriented Teaching Model in Biopharmaceutical Science Undergraduate Program:Course Example Efficient Preparation and Activity Analysis of Antibacterial Peptides

通过设计本科综合实验教学项目抗菌肽的高效制备与活性分析,针对研究型教学元素对教学内容、教学方法和考核模式进行了优化改革,以学生的自主实验探索与学习为中心,着重培养学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,强化对学生创新性思维能力的培养。研究型教学模式的探索和应用对提高生物制药本科生的综合实验能力和科研思维训练具有重要的作用,有利于学生更好地适应新时代生物制药产业发展对高素质生物医药人才的需求。

Through the design of the comprehensive experimental teaching project efficient preparation and activity analysis of antibacterial peptides,the teaching content,methods and assessment elements are optimized and reformed based on research-based teaching model with a focus on the elevation upon students’ independent learning,including the ability to analyze and solve problems as well as the improvement on the innovative thinking.The exploration and application of research-based teaching mode plays an important role in cultivating the comprehensive capacities on the scientific research thinking for the biopharmaceutical undergraduates,which in turn will make our biopharmaceutical undergraduates well matched with the talent requirements from the biopharmaceutical industry.
