基于ISM的大学生创业成功影响因素分析

Analysis of Influencing Factors of College Students Entrepreneurial Success Based on ISM

针对大学生创业成功率偏低的实际现状,从政府政策、社会影响、家庭环境、高校创业教育和大学生胜任力五个层面筛选和识别出15个影响创业成功的主要因素。采用解释结构模型(ISM)对这些因素进行层级划分,明确因素间的逻辑联系。结果表明,ISM能有效地建立大学生创业成功的影响因素层级结构,可以直观地反映因素间的层次关系,能为有关部门指导大学生创业活动提供理论依据和重要参考。

According to the actual situation of low success rate of university students starting a business,15 main factors affecting the success of entrepreneurship were screened and identified from five levels:government policy,social impact,family environment,college entrepreneurship education and college students’ competence.Interpretative Structural Model(ISM) was used to classify these factors and clarify the logical relationship between them.The results show that ISM can effectively establish the hierarchical structure of the influencing factors of college students’ entrepreneurial success,and can directly reflect the hierarchical relationship among the factors.ISM can provide theoretical basis and important reference for relevant departments to guide college students’ entrepreneurial activities.
