摘要 特殊教育教师职业素养不仅对特殊教育的发展起着至关重要的作用,且对特殊教育教师及特殊儿童意义重大.查阅国外近20年特殊教育教师职业素养相关文献,结合可视化计量软件CiteSpace 5.0.R7,对特殊教育教师职业素养的研究现状、研究热点以及研究前沿展开分析.结果显示,二十年来国际特殊教育教师职业素养研究的成果数量呈不断增长的趋势;发文量前十的国家中,美国是主要的研究主体;研究热点主要集中在以下三个方面:特殊教育教师职业素养的发展、影响特殊教育教师职业素养发展的潜在因素以及特殊教育教师职业素养发展过程中面临的挑战. The professional qualities of special education teachers plays a crucial role in the development of special education,and is also of great significance to special education teachers and special children.Based on the literature of professional factors of special education teachers abroad in the past 20 years and the visual metrological software CiteSpace5.0.R7,an analysis is made of the status quo,research hot spots and research frontiers regarding professional qualities of special education teachers.The results show that in the past 20 years,the number of international research results on the professional qualities of teachers in special education has shown an ever-growing trend.The United States forms the chief research force.There is relatively little research done in this field in developing countries.The research focuses mainly on the following three aspects:the development of professional qualities of special education teachers,the potential factors affecting the development of professional qualities of special education teachers,and the potential challenges facing the development of professional qualities of special education teachers.
