Case Analysis of “Three Lines and One List” Environmental Control Unit and Ecological Environment Access List: Taking Meishan City in Sichuan Province as an Example

通过四川省眉山市“三线一单”编制试点工作的开展,探索出适合四川省情、尺度得当、具有可操作性的环境管控单元划分方法和适用技术方法以及生态环境准入清单制定原则,为全省“三线一单”编制工作的顺利推进起到了示范和引领作用。

Through the "Three Lines and One List"pilot of Meishan City in Sichuan Province,an environment control unit division method as well as the principles of environment access list which are suitable,operable for Sichuan Province were explored.It will play a demonatration and leading role for Sichuan Province's " Three Lines and One List"compiling work smoothly.
