西藏林芝淮北麻鸡血液生理指标与血流变粘度测定分析 被引量:4

摘要 为研究低海拔鸡种在高原低氧环境下血液指标的变化趋势,采集高海拔养殖的淮北麻鸡血液样品,使用全自动血液细胞分析仪和全自动血液流变仪分别检测其血液生理指标与血流变粘度。结果表明:(1)红细胞总数(RBC)、红细胞压积(HCT)、血小板总数(PLT)、平均血小板体积(MPV)与低海拔养殖五黑鸡血液指标存在显著差异(P<0.05)。(2)血红蛋白浓度(HGB)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白(MCH)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)与低海拔养殖五黑鸡血液指标存在极显著差异(P<0.01);红细胞分布宽度变异系数(RDW-CV)与低海拔养殖五黑鸡血液指标存在显著差异(P<0.05)。(3)高海拔饲养的淮北麻鸡血液全血比粘度高切值33.45±5.35,中切值5.82±0.76,低切值2.27±0.24。结果表明:低地常氧环境下鸡种进入高原低氧环境后血液生理指标具有明显变化,推测环境中氧气含量的变化可能对鸡的血液生理情况有很大的影响。本试验为进一步研究低氧适应机理提供重要依据。 In order to study the trend of blood index of low-altitude chicken species at high altitude hypoxia environment, blood samples of high altitude cultured HuaibeiMa chicken were collected, and their blood physiological indicators and hemorheological viscosity were detected by automatic blood cell analyzer and automatic blood rheometer. The results showed that the total number of red blood cells(RBC), hematocrit(HCT), total platelet count(PLT), and mean platelet volume(MPV) were significantly different from those of low-altitude cultured black chickens(P<0.05). There were significant differences in five black chicken blood indicators of hemoglobin concentration(HGB), mean red blood cell volume(MCV), mean red blood cell hemoglobin(MCH), mean red blood cell hemoglobin concentration(MCHC), platelet distribution width(PDW) between high and low altitude cultured black chickens(P<0.01). The high blood specific viscosity of HuaibeiMa chicken raised at high altitude was 33.45 ± 5.35, the cut value was 5.82 ± 0.76, and the low cut value was 2.27 ± 0.24. The results showed that the blood physiological indexes of chicken in the low-altitude normoxic environment had significant changes after entering the plateau hypoxia environment. It was speculated that the changes of oxygen content in the environment may had a great impact on the blood physiology of chicken. This experiment provided an important basis and material basis for further research on the mechanism of hypoxia adaptation.
