西格列汀治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果

摘要 目的探讨西格列汀治疗2型糖尿病的有效性和安全性。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月运城市第一医院收治的100例2型糖尿病患者,用随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予盐酸二甲双胍和盐酸吡格列酮平治疗,观察组给予盐酸二甲双胍和西格列汀治疗,治疗3个月后,比较治疗前后两组血糖水平、血流变指标、治疗总有效率和并发症发生情况。结果观察组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、全血粘度、红细胞比容和红细胞聚集水平均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后总有效率(94.00%)明显高于对照组(78.00%);并发症总发生率(6.00%)明显低于对照组(18.00%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西格列汀能实现胰岛素、胰高糖素双调节,平稳有效地降低患者的血糖水平,安全性好。
