摘要
目的探讨缺血性脑白质病变发生急性脑梗死Eeesen卒中风险评分表(ESRS)、同型半胱氨酸、超敏C-反应蛋白差异的相关性。方法回顾性研究2017年1至12月经头颅MRI证实的AIS伴有中重度WMIL患者57例(AIS组),同期头颅MRI证实的中重度WMIL并且不伴有AIS患者62例(WMIL组)。采用ESRS对两组患者进行评分,并比较两组血浆同型半胱氨酸、超敏C-反应蛋白的差异。结果AIS组ESRS评分、超敏C-反应蛋白和同型半胱氨酸水平明显高于WMIL组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论WMIL患者中ESRS评分越高,发生AIS的风险越高。同型半胱氨酸及超敏C反应蛋白的增高,将会增加WMIL发生AIS的风险。
Objective To investigate the correlation of ESRS,homocysteine,and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in acute cerebral infarction in patients with ischemic white matter lesions.Methods A retrospective study of 57 patients with acute cerebral infarction accompanied by moderate to severe ischemic leukoencephalopathy confirmed by cranial MRI from January 2017 to December 2017(AIS group),and moderate to severe ischemic leukoencephalopathy confirmed by cranial MRI during the same period.Lesions were not accompanied by acute cerebral infarction in 62 patients(WMIL group).The Essen stroke risk score(ESRS)was used to score the two groups of patients,and the differences in plasma homocysteine and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein were compared between the two groups.Results The ESRS score,highsensitivity C-reactive protein and homocysteine levels in the AIS group were significantly higher than those in the WMIL group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The higher the ESRS score in patients with ischemic white matter lesions,the higher the risk of acute cerebral infarction.Increased homocysteine and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein will increase the risk of acute cerebral infarction in ischemic white matter lesions.
