用吸附沉淀法从湿法炼锌硫酸锌溶液中除氟试验研究 被引量:7

摘要 研发了一种高效除氟剂,采用吸附沉淀法从硫酸锌溶液(F-质量浓度280mg/L)中除氟,通过优化试验确定最佳反应条件。结果表明:在除氟剂加入量为F-质量浓度15倍、反应时间60min、反应温度60℃、溶液pH=5条件下,氟去除率达82.83%,除氟后液中F-质量浓度低于50mg/L,符合锌电解要求;对含不同浓度镁、亚铁、锌和镉离子的硫酸锌溶液进行除氟,溶液中锌和镉离子质量浓度对除氟影响很小,镁质量浓度低于7.5g/L、亚铁离子质量浓度低于10g/L对除氟影响也很小。 An efficient fluorine-removal agent is developed.Using the agent to remove fluoride in zinc sulfate solution(fluoride ion concentration is 280 mg/L)by adsorption and precipitation method was investigated.The optimum reaction conditions were determined by optimizing experiments.The results show that under the conditions of the defluorinating agent dosage of 15 times on fluoride ion,reaction time of 60 min,reaction temperature of 60℃and solution pH of 5,the removal of fluoride reaches82.83%,the fluoride ion concentration is less than 50 mg/L which meets the requirements of electrolytic zinc.Under the optimum conditions,removing fluoride in the zinc sulfate solution containing magnesium,ferrous,zinc and cadmium ions were studied.The results show that the contents of zinc and cadmium ions in the solution affect little on removal of fluoride.And content of magnesium ion of less than 7.5 g/L and ferrous ion of less than 10 g/L affect little on removal of fluoride.
