摘要
为了研究分布筋对ECC压杆性能的影响,对5个ECC独立压杆进行了受压试验。研究表明,在ECC压杆中有必要布置钢筋,且仅配竖向分布筋不利于裂缝的控制;双向配置0.001 6的分布筋更有利于充分发挥材料的性能和控制试件使用阶段的裂缝;试验得到的ECC的压杆有效影响系数均大于1.6;减少50%的分布筋用量后ECC压杆仍可获得与混凝土类似的压杆强度。
In order to study the effect of web reinforcement on the behavior of ECC struts, a total of 5 ECC isolated struts were tested to failure. The results of this investigation reveal: reinforcement is indispensable to ECC struts and only vertical distribution of reinforcement is not conducive to crack control. The bi-directional web reinforcement of 0.001 6 is more conducive to taking full advantage of the materials and controlling the cracks in the service stage of specimens. The experimental strut efficiency factor of all ECC isolated struts are larger than 1.6. Comparing to reinforced concrete struts,ECC isolated struts can still obtain similar strut strength after reducing the web reinforcement usage by 50%.
