聚丙烯纤维煤矸石保温混凝土抗压性能试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 在设计强度为C35的煤矸石保温混凝土中分别掺入0.05%、0.1%、0.15%和0.2%的聚丙烯纤维(PPF),并对3 d、7 d、14 d及28 d龄期下的混凝土试件进行立方体抗压强度试验。试验结果表明,在各龄期下,立方体抗压强度随着PPF掺量的增加,均呈现出先上升后下降的趋势,在纤维掺量为0.05%时提高最大;纤维的掺入可以有效提高煤矸石保温混凝土的早期抗压强度。根据试验结果建立了PPF煤矸石保温混凝土的抗压强度预测模型,依据7 d的抗压强度可以较好地预测28 d抗压强度。 0.05%, 0.1%, 0.15% and 0.2% PPF were respectively added in the gangue thermal insulation concrete with design strength C35, and the cubic compressive strength test was carried out on concrete specimens at the age of 3 d, 7 d,14 d and 28 d. The results show that under different ages, with the increase of PPF content, the cubic compressive strength increases first and then decreases, and when the fiber content is 0.05%, the maximum increase is achieved. The fiber blending can effectively increase the early compressive strength of gangue thermal insulation concrete. According to the test results, the compressive strength prediction model of polypropylene fiber gangue thermal insulation concrete was established, and 7 d compressive strength can predict the 28 d compressive strength.
