Resolution to the Dilemma of Externalization:The Conscious Internalization of College Students’ Network Behavior

大学生网络行为是大学生与网络交织的产物,烙下了网络与时代的深深印痕。它既具有人类社会行为的共性,又与线下现实行为有显著差异。网络监管技术和法规制度建设的滞后、不良舆论氛围、意识形态交锋、网络垃圾泛滥、网络游戏暴力内容等外烁困境,在一定程度上增加了大学生网络行为失范的发生。化解大学生网络行为所面临的困境,其约束力不应只源于外烁力量的控制,更应是网络行为的自觉内塑,即增强其网络道德认知,发展其网络道德情感,建立其网络道德意志,培育其网络道德行为。

College students’ network behavior is an interlaced outcome of college students with the network,which has been deeply branded with characteristics of network and the era.It possesses the similarity of human social behavior but still shows significant differences from offline behavior.The dilemmas of external forces,such as the lag of network supervision technology and the construction of laws and regulations,the unhealthy atmosphere of public opinions,the confrontation of ideologies,the overflow of network garbage,and the violent content of online games,have increased the occurrences of college students ’ online behavior anomie to some extent.To resolve the dilemma faced by college students ’ network behavior,its binding forces should not only come from the control of external forces,but also be the conscious internal forces of network moral behavior,which are to enhance their network moral cognition,develop their network moral emotion,establish their network moral will,and cultivate their network moral behavior.
