多块金属辐射板串联结构冬季供热性能数值模拟及试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用CFD数值模拟法对多块金属辐射板在串联结构下的换热性能进行了模拟分析,分别研究了金属辐射板进水温度、环境温度对多块金属辐射板串联结构下的平均供热量以及串联结构下每块金属辐射板供热量的变化。采用试验的方法,进行了实际测试,并与模拟结果进行比对。最后研究得出金属辐射板进水温度、环境温度对多块金属辐射板串联结构下的平均供热量和每块辐射板供热量的变化规律。 The heat transfer performance of multiple metal radiant panels in series structure was simulated by CFD numerical simulation method.The changes in average heat supply of the metal radiant panel at inlet water temperature and ambient temperature to the series structure of multiple metal radiant panels and the heat supply of each metal radiant panel in the series structure were studied.The actual test was carried out using experimental methods and compared with the simulation results.Finally,the variation law of the average heat supply of the metal radiant panels to the series structure of multiple metal radiant panels and the heat supply of each radiant panel at inlet water temperature and the ambient temperature was obtained.
