The incidence and prevalence of autoimmune diseases are increasing year by year all over the world. The growth and development of human body are affected by the complete autoimmune tolerance mechanism, and the normal immune response plays the role of protection and defense.Once the integrity of the tolerance mechanism is destroyed,it will promote the occurrence of autoimmune response, thus producing autoantibodies.By studying the data of relevant laboratories in different regions,we can understand the current research progress of autoantibodies, and provide guidance for medical staff to determine the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of autoimmune diseases. In addition, the regional epidemiological distribution of autoantibodies can be used to elucidate the determinants of disease gradients in different regions and populations. In the past few decades, great achievements have been made in the research on the mechanism of autoimmune diseases in China. Therefore, the research on autoantibodies can provide new insights for the diagnosis and treatment of autoimmune diseases and provide enlightenment for the development of new therapies, which can further guide the treatment in the future. This paper discusses the research progress of common autoantibodies in autoimmune diseases.
