Advances in the relationship between ADAM33 and childhood bronchial asthma

ADAM33基因与儿童哮喘发生的相关性以及该基因在哮喘发生中的作用和机制的研究已经取得了很多进展。越来越多的研究通过Meta分析、实验证据以及相关性分析等证明了ADAM33的基因多态性与儿童哮喘发生的相关性。也有大量研究从气道重塑、气道慢性炎症等方面探究ADAM33导致哮喘发生的机制。还有研究指出表观遗传学标记的改变可导致ADAM33基因的甲基化而产生负面生物效应。可以看出,ADAM33已经成为哮喘发病机制研究的靶点。在“精准医疗”飞速发展的今天,笔者仍需要更多的研究去明确ADAM33的基因多态性与儿童哮喘的关联,以及相关的作用机制以及表观遗传学因素的影响。

A lot of progress has been made in the association of ADAM33 gene with asthma,and the role and mechanism of this gene in the development of childhood bronchial asthma.More and more studies have demonstrated the association of ADAM33 gene polymorphisms with asthma through meta-analysis,experimental evidence,and correlation analysis.There are also many studies to explore the mechanism of ADAM33 leading to childhood bronchial asthma from the aspects of airway remodeling and chronic inflammation of the airways.In addition,other studies have indicated that changes in epigenetic markers can lead to the methylation of the ADAM33 gene and produce negative biological effects.It is obvious that ADAM33 has become a target for the study of asthma pathogenesis.Today,with the rapid development of“precision medicine”,we still need more research to clarify the association of ADAM33 gene polymorphisms with childhood bronchial asthma,as well as the related mechanisms of action and the influence of epigenetic factors.
