摘要 电力电网质量情况是关系到电网正常运行的关键,如何及时监测电力网络是目前亟待解决的技术问题。针对该问题,文中提出了新型的质量监测系统。基于.NET的浏览器/服务器(B/S)架构设计出系统总体架构图,该系统包括监测设备层、数据库层服务层、Web服务层、客户端应用层等,通过电力网络质量监测模块监测电力网络系统中影响电力网络质量的数据(诸如网络正常稳态数据、网络参数、告警事件数据等),并且应用OneNet平台实现电力网络数据的准确、实时的采集和传输,并采用遗传算法优化监测数据,进一步提高数据的监测精度。通过试验,多次测量不同相位的电压和电流信号,各相电压、电流的相对误差均在0.5%以下,满足相关指标要求,具有较好的实用价值。 The quality of power grid is the key to the normal operation of the power grid.How to monitor the power network in time is a technical problem that needs to be solved urgently.A new quality monitoring system is proposed for this problem.Based on.NET browser/server(B/S)architecture design of the overall architecture diagram of the system,the system includes a monitoring device layer,a database layer service layer,a Web service layer,a client application layer,etc.,and the power network quality detection module monitors data affecting the quality of the power network in the power network system(Such as network normal steady state data,network parameters,alarm event data,etc).OneNet platform is used to achieve accurate,real-time acquisition,transmission of power network data,and genetic algorithms is used to optimize monitoring data to further improve data monitoring accuracy.Through the test,the voltage and current signals of different phases are measured multiple times,and the relative errors of voltage and current of each phase are below 0.5%,which meets the requirements of relevant indicators and has good practical value.
