摘要
我国城镇化进程中的建设用地快速扩张,已成为城乡可持续发展的重要胁迫,城乡规划实践亟需生态空间调控的理论和技术支撑。本研究以福州为案例,在生态敏感性和生态系统服务评价的基础上,构建了基于空间多准则的生态耦合调控途径。生态耦合调控方案实证结果显示,适建区具有较高的生态敏感区位熵和较低的生态系统服务密度,生态耦合途径可以同步调控城镇建设引发的生态风险和对生态系统的干扰,从而降低决策风险。本研究对维护区域生态安全,支持城乡规划决策有重要意义。
A sensitivities and ecosystem services were evaluated,using Fuzhou as a case study.Then,a spatially explicit MCDM approach was proposed for coupling ecological sensitivity and ecosystem service to regulate the urban sprawl.At last,ecological control zoning was made and evaluated based on the construction land expansion during 2000-2010.Results suggested that the ecological coupling approach can balance the tradeoffs between ecological sensitivity and ecosystem services,and support the sustainable urban planning.
