二硫化钼及其复合材料的制备与应用 被引量:1

摘要 二硫化钼(MoS2)具有独特的性能,是良好固体润滑剂及新一代具有独特功能的电子产品的必备材料,成为近几年的研究热点材料。MoS2晶体为六方层状结构,是一种具有黑灰色金属光泽的材料,文章简单介绍了润滑剂级、层状、纳米状MoS2的常用制备方法,MoS2与含氧、含硫化合物和单质等复合材料的制备方法及其应用。 Molybdenum disulfide(MoS2)has unique properties,is a good solid lubricant and a new generation of electronic products with unique functions of the necessary material,has become a research hotspot in recent years.MoS2 crystal is hexagonal layered(anisotropic)structure,which is a kind of material with black and gray metallic luster.In this paper,the commonly used preparation methods of lubricant grade,layered and nanometer MoS2 and the preparation methods and applications of MoS2 and composite materials containing oxygen,sulfur compounds and elemental substances are briefly introduced.
