摘要
船舶在从事海上航行运输的过程中,经常通过港口航道、狭水道、岛礁区和其它某些沿岸水域,在这些区域中会存在着一些浅水区,经常发生浅水效应。作者从实际操船中体验到了船舶从深水航行至浅水或在浅水中航行时,出现横向阻力增加、船速下降、船体下沉、纵倾变化、舵力下降、舵效变差、冲程变小等现象,从而影响船舶的操纵性能这些不利因素,所以作为船长和驾驶员,应该从接到航次任务时就全面的考虑和分析,提前做好通过浅水区域的各项安全准备工作,通过浅滩时,船长和驾驶员要适当地控制船速、正确使用各种逐行设备,确保船舶在浅水中航行的安全性。
In the process of maritime navigation and transportation,ships often pass through port waterways,narrow waterways,island and reef areas and some other coastal waters,in which there are some shallow water areas,and shallow water effects often occur.From the actual ship operation,I have experienced that when the ship sails from deep water to shallow water or in shallow water,there are some phenomena,such as the increase of lateral resistance,the decrease of ship speed,the sinking of ship hull,the change of trim,the decrease of rudder force,the deterioration of rudder efficiency,the decrease of stroke and so on.Thus affecting the maneuverability of the ship.These unfavorable factors,so as the captain and driver,should be comprehensively considered and analyzed from the time of receiving the voyage mission,and all the safety preparations for passing through the shallow water should be done in advance.When passing through the shoal,the captain and driver should properly control the speed of the ship and correctly use all kinds of progressive equipment to ensure the safety of navigation in shallow water.
