The Free Style solid-phase extraction and on-line concentration system,can completed the online processing process,which includes on line solid-phase extraction,on-line GPC purification and on-line precise quantitative concentration,all at once.This paper introduced the main structure and characteristics of the Free Style solid-phase extraction and on-line concentration system,and discussed the precautions for safe operation in its daily use.
