小肠间质瘤诊断中采用口服碘佛醇腹部CT小肠造影的效果及评价

Abdominal CT after small bowel angiography with oral iuprolol in diagnosis of small intestinal stromal tumor

目的探讨小肠间质瘤诊断中采用口服碘佛醇腹部CT小肠造影的效果及评价。方法选取2014年1月至2018年6月本院收治的小肠间质瘤患者60例,对照组患者25例接受单纯腹部CT扫描,观察组患者35例接受口服碘佛醇腹部CT小肠造影检查,比较两组病灶检出率。结果观察组病灶检出率为97.14%,高于对照组80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小肠间质瘤诊断中采用口服碘佛醇腹部CT小肠造影的效果好,可使小肠肿瘤得到尽早诊断及治疗,有利于预后改善。

Objective To investigate the value of abdominal CT after small bowel angiography with oral iuprolol in diagnosis of small intestinal stromal tumor.Methods Sixty patients with small intestinal stromal tumors were enrolled.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,25 patients underwent simple abdominal CT scan and were set as a control group.The remaining 35 patients took abdominal CT after angiography with oral iodulol and were set as an observation group.The detection rates of lesions of the two groups were compare.Results The detection rate of the lesionswas 97.14%in the observation group,and was 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Abdominal CT after small bowel angiography with oral iodulol is effective can diagnose small intestinal stromal tumor early and treat it as early as possible,which is conducive to the patients’prognosis.
