With the rapid development of information and intelligent technology,PLC technology is more and more widely applied in automatic control,convenient and reliable.This paper expounds the new members of the family of Siemens distributed I/O ET200SP used in the field of hot galvanizing weighing,in this paper the author first on ET200SP system composition and characteristics of a general introduction,lists the ET200SP system selection and composition of the hardware system,introduces the application characteristics of the weighing module in the system,finally the author introduces the application of the weighing system as an example,from the hardware configuration,system Settings,connection and debugging steps,complete the ET200SP weighing system application is presented to the reader.
