针对化妆品现有输送方式的重量在线检测中存在的称量精度和稳定性差的问题,介绍了化妆品在线检重秤的工作原理及主要结构技术特点,采用皮带输送动态称重技术,通过PLC控制,实现化妆品实时在线称重、全过程无人干预,有效提高了化妆品在线重量检测的计量精度和稳定性,并将重量检测统计结果实时提供反馈调节信号,控制产品包装重量,在现场应用中取得了良好的实用效果。

The article addresses working principle,main strcuture and technical features of cosmetics online checkweigher which is specifically desgned to resolve accuracy stability issue in present cosmetics conveying and checkweighing applications.With the aid of PLC controlled dynamic weighing technology with belt convey,cosmetics online checkweighing is automatically performed on real-time basis by the method of dynamic weighing.It has greatly improved measuring accuracy and stability for cosmetics online weight inspection.Feedback adjustment signal can also be generated based on statistics result in real time so that product quality can be controlled effectively.Excellent practical effect has been achieved in the field by adoption of this technology.
