摘要
为了得到斜沟煤矿18205工作面CO2致裂爆破钻孔最优布置参数,提高煤层瓦斯透气性系数,依据物理爆破原理,推导出了二氧化碳致裂器爆破时产生裂隙圈半径的计算公式;并通过FLAC^3D数值模拟软件进行模拟,得出:爆破孔间距为7 m、爆破器间距为5 m时,液态CO2致裂爆破可实现最佳的增透效果,当爆破孔间距越大时,透气性系数提高幅度越大,煤层增透效果越显著,抽采效率越高。
In order to obtain the optimal drilling parameters of CO2-induced splitting blasting in 18205 working face of Xiegou Coal Mine and improve the gas permeability coefficient of coal seam,according to the principle of physical blasting,the calculation formula of the radius of the fissure ring produced by the explosion of the CO2-induced blaster is deduced,and the simulation is carried out by the numerical simulation software FLAC^3D,liquid CO2 splitting blasting can achieve the best effect of increasing permeability.When the distance between blasting holes is bigger,the increase of permeability coefficient is bigger,the effect of increasing permeability of coal seam is more obvious,and the extraction efficiency is higher.
