微创经皮钢板与交锁髓内钉内固定治疗胫骨远端关节外骨折的临床效果被引量：8

摘要目的观察微创经皮钢板内固定术(MIPPO)与交锁髓内钉内固定术(IMN)治疗胫骨远端关节外骨折的临床效果。方法选择2016-01-2017-12间收治的62例胫骨远端关节外骨折患者,依据治疗方法的不同分为2组,每组31例。对照组予以IMN治疗,观察组予以MIPPO治疗。比较25组的治疗效果。结果 2组手术时间、术中出血量,以及术后12~18个月随访期间的骨折愈合时间和末次随访足踝功能评分(AOFAS评分)优良率等指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 IMN和MIPPO治疗胫骨远端关节外骨折均效果确切,但MIPPO并发症少,应综合患者病情、术者技术等条件全面评估,合理选择。
