从《别掀开这彩绘的画纱》与《为诗辩护》探析雪莱的“诗性真理”观

Analysis on Shelley’s View of “Poetic Truth” from Lift not the Painted Veil and A Defence of Poetry

18世纪末兴起的浪漫主义运动被看作是对启蒙理性主义的反拨。作为具有代表性的浪漫主义诗人,雪莱与其他浪漫主义文人一道呼吁社会关注相对于“科学真理”“理性真理”而存在的“诗性真理”。以雪莱的十四行诗《别掀开这彩绘的画纱》与文论《为诗辩护》为例,探析雪莱在这两个作品中所表现的诗性真理观念。

The Romanticism has been seen as a rebuttal of Enlightenment’s rationality in the end of the 18th century.As a representative Romantic poet,Percy Bysshe Shelley appealed to the society concerned about“poetic truth”,which is opposite to“scientific truth”or“rational truth”with other romantic literati.Therefore,this paper attempts to take Shelley’s sonnet Lift not the Painted Veil and A Defence of Poetry as examples to explore Shelley’s opinion on“poetic truth”revealed in these two works.
