总结了国际疾病分类(ICD-9和ICD-10)在我国的实施经验以及ICD-10扩码乱象带来的负面影响,分析了切换ICD-11所面临的机遇与挑战,提出了开展标准规范研究,促进本地化和互操作性,建立中文平台,组织人员培训,加强部门协调与稳步推广实施的政策建议。

This article summarizes the implementation experience of ICD-9 and ICD-10 in China.It analyzes the opportunities and challenges in the transition to ICD-11,describes the negative impact of disordered code extension on ICD-10.Policy recommendations are also put forward to conduct research on standards and norms,promote localization and interoperability,establish Chinese version platforms,organize personnel trainings,strengthen the coordination among sectors and promote the policy implementation.
