Construction and Application of Adverse Event Management System in Hospital

目的建设医院不良事件管理系统,实现全院各类不良事件的统一上报与管理,对上报数据进行有效分析利用,为管理和决策提供数据支撑,保障医疗安全、降低医疗风险、提高医疗质量、加强医院不良事件管理。方法运用主流关系型数据库ORACLE、IIS和应用软件实现系统安装部署,接入医院信息系统(HIS),以及护理、输血和药品等信息系统,建立院内统一的不良事件管理系统。结果实现了全院不良事件的统一管理、移动端上报处理和短信提醒功能。同时,该系统具备审批流程设置、数据分析利用和个性化功能定制功能。结论系统从信息化角度支撑医疗安全与质量的改善与提升,满足业务部门系统需求,减轻工作人员负担,提高工作效率。

Objective The adverse events system is designed to achieve unified reporting and management of adverse events in the hospital,to effectively analyze and utilize the reported data,provide data support for management and decision-making,ensure patient safety,reduce medical risks,improves medical quality and medical safety.Methods Using mainstream relational database ORACLE,IIS and application software,the system was installed and deployed,with access to system data such as HIS,nursing,blood transfusion and medicine.Thus,the unified adverse events system of the hospital was established.Results The system achieves the unified management of adverse events in the whole hospital,mobile reporting and SMS reminding functions were realized.At the same time,the system has the functions of approval process setting,data analysis and utilization and personalized function customization.Conclusion This system plays an important role in improving medical security,meeting with the requirements of business departments,reducing the staff workload and improving work efficiency.
