摘要
对河北省海河流域骨干河流新建水库坝址、坝轴线及地形地质情况进行研究,选定具体溢洪道布置及设计方案,利用重力相似准则对溢洪道进行模型设计,确定模型比尺λL=40,进行泄流能力和消能防冲试验观测,通过对敞泄情况下库水位—泄量关系规律、水面线情况、水流流态及流速分布规律,控泄时水流情况,以及两种情况下消能防冲情况、起挑流量进行观测、记录、分析,为溢洪道的布置及设计提供技术支撑。
A newly-built reservoir dam site,dam axis as well as topography and geological condition of a backbone river in Haihe River Basin in Hebei Province are studied.Specific spillway layout and design scheme are selected.The gravity similarity criterion is utilized for spillway model design,thereby determining the model scale λL=40 for discharge capacity and energy dissipation and erosion control test observation.The reservoir water level-discharge relationship law,the water surface line,the flow regime and flow velocity distribution law under emptying discharging case,control discharge flow condition as well as energy dissipation and erosion control and pick-up flow under the two conditions are observed,recorded and analyzed to provide technical support for layout and design of the spillway.
