顺昌县生态产品价值实现路径实践与启示

The Practice and Inspiration of Shunchang’s Way to the Realization of Eco-product Value

福建省顺昌县先后实施了森林经营和竹林经营两个碳汇项目,实现交易资金412.5万元,为自然资源富集但经济欠发达地区探索生态产品价值实现机制提供了可参考的实践经验。该文针对顺昌县林业碳汇交易模式,分析了运用市场化机制实现生态产品价值的基本要素,提出了推动生态产品市场化交易的若干建议。

Shunchang county,which is located in northwest of Fujian province,have developed 2 carbon sink proj⁃ects as eco-product based on its abundant forest resources and sustainable forest management,and traded in Fujian carbon market for 1.125 million yuan,providing practical experience for exploring the realization mechanism of ecoproduct value for natural resource enrichment but economically underdeveloped regions.This paper gives an intro⁃duction and analysis of forestry carbon sink trading model in Shunchang County,and puts forward some basic factors for using the market-oriented mechanism to realize the value of eco-products,as well as some suggestions for pro⁃moting the market-oriented trading of ecol-products.
