厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗糖尿病合并高血压效果观察

Effects of irbesartan combined with amlodipine besylate in treatment of diabetes and hypertension

目的探讨厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗糖尿病合并高血压的效果。方法选取2017-08至2019-03深圳市南山医疗集团总部平山社区健康服务中心收治的糖尿病合并高血压患者70例为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组,各35例;对照组采用苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用厄贝沙坦治疗,比较两组血压水平、糖代谢情况、疗效及不良反应情况。结果治疗后,观察组的血压水平、糖化血红蛋白及空腹血糖水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率(91.43%)高于对照组(71.43%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血糖、血压达标时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗糖尿病合并高血压的效果优于单一用药,且见效快、安全性较高。

Objective To analyze clinical effects of irbesartan combined with amlodipine besylate in treatment of diabetes mellitus with hypertension. Methods 70 diabetic patients with hypertension treated in the Pingshan community health service center of Shenzhen Nanshan medical group headquarters from August 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the research subjects, and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, 35 cases in each. The control group was treated with amlodipine besylate, while the observation group was treated with irbesartan on the basis of the control group. The blood pressure level, glucose metabolism, curative effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After the treatment, the levels of blood pressure, glycated hemoglobin, and fasting blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate in the observation group(91.43%) was higher than that in the control group(71.43%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The time to reach normal blood glucose and blood pressure levels of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusions Irbesartan combined with amlodipine besylate in the treatment of diabetes mellitus and hypertension is better than a single drug. Moreover, it is effective and safe.
