油田污水用阻垢缓蚀剂的室内复配及筛选试验

摘要 稠油井在我国油田中占据着较大的比重,经过多年的开采,稠油井已经进入了开采后期,在这一时期多采用注水的方式进行后续的开采作业。油井注水多使用的是油井产出液中所分离出来的油田污水,如若油田污水未能进行良好的处理将容易产生油田水腐蚀、结垢等的危害。为解决这一问题需要积极做好油田污水阻垢缓蚀剂的开发与应用。文章在分析油田污水所造成危害的基础上对油田污水阻垢缓蚀剂的开发与利用进行了分析介绍。 Heavy oil wells occupy a large proportion in China's oilfields.After years of exploitation,heavy oil wells have entered the late stage of production.During this period,water injection is often used for follow-up production operations.Oil well water injection mostly uses the oil field sewage separated from the produced liquid of oil well.If the oil field sewage is not treated well,it will easily cause the harm of oil field water corrosion,scaling and so on.In order to solve this problem,it is necessary to actively do a good job in the development and application of scale and corrosion inhibitor for oilfield sewage.Based on the analysis of the harm caused by oilfield sewage,this paper analyzes and introduces the development and utilization of scale and corrosion inhibitor for oilfield sewage.
