采砂对河道生态与环境的影响以及对策——以梓江梓潼河段采砂为例 被引量:2

摘要 河道采砂是目前河道存在的普遍现象。文章以梓江梓潼县境内河段的采砂数据为例,结合河道演变以及泥沙补给情况,通过河势变化,防洪安全以及生态与环境三个方面的影响来阐述采砂的影响。结果表明:采砂对河道河势稳定影响较小,不会出现河势变迁等问题出现;河道开采砂石之后拓宽了行洪断面,使得水流更为顺畅,提高了河道行洪能力;河道无通航要求,因此这方面不存在任何影响;采砂活动对河道水质有一定的影响,并产生一定的噪声及扬尘,同时对于鱼类也有一定的影响。分析采砂对河道演变以及泥沙补给的影响可以为河道进一步的整治及管理提供一定的指导意义。针对不同河道的具体情况制定不同的治理方案是目前河道治理的一项重要任务。文章根据具体的采砂情况对梓江梓潼县境内河段的采砂提出一定的建议。 River sand mining is a common phenomenon in rivers.Taking the sand mining data of the river section in Zijiang County as an example,this paper combines river evolution and sediment recharge to explain the impact of sand mining through river regime change,flood control safety and ecological and environmental impacts.The results show that the effect of sand mining on river regime stability is small,and there will be no problems such as river regime change;after the sand mining,the flooding section is widened,which makes the water flow smoother and improves the river flooding capacity;Navigation requirements,so there is no impact in this aspect;sand mining activities have a certain impact on the water quality of the river,and generate certain noise and dust,and also have a certain impact on fish.Analysis of the impact of sand mining on river evolution and sediment recharge can provide some guidance for the further improvement and management of river courses.It is an important task of current river management to develop different treatment plans for the specific conditions of different rivers.According to the specific sand mining situation,this paper puts forward some suggestions for sand mining in the river section of Zijiang County.
