摘要
文章是以激光二极管端面泵浦结构的Nd:GdVO4固体激光器的热效应为研究背景,讨论了Nd:GdVO4固体激光器分别在1342nm、1064nm、912nm三个不同波段产生热量的物理过程,并用热沉积百分比ξ,也就是耗散到激光中的热量占总的泵浦功率的百分比,这一因子来衡量固体激光器正常运行过程中热效应产生热量的多少。
In this paper,the thermal effect of Nd:GdVO4 solid-state laser mediumwith laser diode end pumped structure is taken as the research background.The physical process of heat generation in a diode-endpumped Nd:GdVO4 laser at 1342 nm,1064 nm and 912 nm is discussed.The thermal loading fractionξ,that is,the percentage of heat dissipated into the laser in the total pump power,is used to measure the solid-state excitation how much heat is produced by thermal effect during the normal operation of the optical device.
