海洋石油162含水分析仪维修与调试

海洋石油162平台含水分析仪数据不准确一直是困扰平台生产和仪表专业的一大难题。油井含水率的在线准确计量对于确定油井出水、出油层位、估计原油产量、预测油井的开发寿命、油井的产量质量控制、油井状态监测等具有非常重要的意义。文章通过对海洋石油162平台含水分析仪存在的故障进行分析、维修、调试,解决了含水分析仪无法测量的问题。

The inaccuracy of water cut analyzer data of offshore oil 162 platform has always been a big problem for platform production and instrument specialty.The on-line accurate measurement of water cut of oil well is of great significance to determine the water yield,oil production horizon,estimate the crude oil production,predict the development life of oil well,control the production quality of oil well and monitor the state of oil well.In this paper,through the analysis,maintenance and debugging of the faults of the water cut analyzer on the 162 platform of offshore oil,the problem that the water cut analyzer cannot measure is solved.
