考虑功率和效率的钻孔工艺参数优化方法 被引量:2

摘要 文章针对航空发动机燃油控制系统壳体零件油路深孔钻削过程中易断刀、加工能耗高、加工时间长的问题,根据钻削过程中的切削功耗与排屑力功耗构建了钻削加工功耗模型,并以最小功耗和最大材料去除率为目标,基于NSGA-II的方法对钻削主轴转速和进给进行了优化,通过实验验证,达到了降低加工功耗、提高加工效率的目的。 In this paper,aiming at the problems of easy to break cutter,high machining energy consumption and long machining time in the process of deep hole drilling for shell parts of aero-engine fuel control system,a drilling power consumption model is constructed according to the cutting power consumption and chip removal force power consumption in the drilling process.With the goal of minimum power consumption and maximum material removal rate,the speed and feed of the drilling spindle are optimized based on the NSGA-II method,which is verified by experiments.It achieves the goal of reducing the processing power consumption and improving the machining efficiency.
