摘要
全预制锯齿型楼板具有施工免支撑的优点,节约施工时间。针对该楼板的特点,结合工程案例,对楼板构件齿条设计优化、拆分方案及构件生产工艺进行探讨,达到降低生产成本和施工安装难度的目的,并进行工程应用分析,指出尚存问题及下一步需解决的问题,对推进装配式建筑行业的发展具有参考价值。
The full prefabricated sawtooth floor slab has the advantage of construction free from support and saves construction time.According to the characteristics of the floor slab,this paper discusses the optimization of rack design,the splitting scheme and the production process to reduce production costs and construction and installation difficulties,and engineering application analysis.The paper points out the remaining problems and the problems to be solved in the next step,which is of reference value to the development of the prefabricated building industry.
