中医外治法干预肠易激综合征内脏痛机制研究进展

Advances in the Mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine External Therapy for Irritable Bowel Syndrome Visceral Pain

慢性腹痛是肠易激综合征患者就诊最主要的原因之一,严重影响患者的生活质量,现代医学主要以对症治疗为主,尚无法很好地解决这类疼痛性问题。中医学对于“痛证”有较为客观、全面的认识,在改善内脏痛方面取得了较好的疗效,且无不良反应。目前对中医外治法干预肠易激综合征内脏痛的机制尚不清楚,但近年来研究显示,中医外治法对肠易激综合征内脏痛主要有对内脏高敏感性、脑-肠轴、胃肠激素、紧密连接蛋白等的干预机制。

Chronic abdominal pain is one of the most important reasons for patients with irritable bowel syndrome to see a doctor,which seriously affects the quality of life of the patients.Modern medicine mainly relies on symptomatic treatment,but it cannot solve this kind of pain problem well.Traditional Chinese medicine has a more objective and comprehensive understanding of“pain syndrome”,and has achieved better curative effect in improving visceral pain without adverse reactions.At present,the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)external therapy on irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)visceral pain is not clear,but recent studies have shown that the intervention mechanisms of TCM external therapy on IBS visceral pain mainly includes regulating visceral hypersensitivity,brain-gut axis,intestinal hormones,intestinal motility,tight junction protein etc.
