摘要 为提高某商用车车架的振动性能,实现轻量化设计,以车架整体结构为研究对象,基于CAE仿真和自由模态计算对其进行振动特性分析,由于车架在发动机激励低频范围内,易引起共振。基于提高车架的一阶固有频率的目的,制定了四种优化方案。通过对车架进行静态特性分析,获得四种方案的强度和抵抗变形能力。结果表明优化方案在满足强度校核和刚度要求的条件下,提高了一阶固有频率和振动特性,有效解决了车架在低频状态下的共振问题。 In order to improve the vibration performance of a commercial vehicle frame,lightweight design is realized.Taking the whole frame structure as the research object,the vibration characteristics of the frame are analyzed based on CAE simulation and free mode calculation.Because the frame is easy to cause resonance in the low frequency range of engine excitation.Based on the purpose of increasing the first-order natural frequency of the frame,four optimization schemes are formulated.By analyzing the static characteristics of the frame,the strength and deformation resistance of the four schemes are obtained.The results show that under the condition of satisfying the requirements of strength check and stiffness,the first-order natural frequency and vibration characteristics are improved,and the resonance problem of the frame in low-frequency state is effectively solved.
