摘要
将拓扑优化方法应用于电动汽车零部件轻量化的设计中,在完成轮毂电机相关结构的设计以及结构强度分析之后,利用拓扑优化方法得出结果,再设计出新结构,并在分析验证通过之后,完成对部件结构的优化,可以提高材料的利用率,有效降低结构质量。
The topological optimization method is applied to the lightweight design of electric vehicle parts.After the completion of the design of the relevant structure of the hub motor and the analysis of the structural strength,the results are obtained by the topological optimization method,and then the new structure is designed.After the analysis and verification are passed,the optimization of the component structure is completed,which can improve the utilization rate of materials and effectively reduce the structural quality.
