摘要
某车型后副车架在电泳后出现摆臂前支架电泳漏底缺陷,通过问题分析发现此缺陷为零件兜气所致,随后对零件进行了设计优化,并对优化后的结构进行了CAE强度校核,后续通过样件电泳验证了该优化的有效性,成功解决后副车架电泳缺陷问题。
Electrophoretic defect of swing arm front bracket appeared after electrophoresis in rear subframe of a certain vehicle.Through problem analysis,it is found that the defect is caused by the air-pocket of the parts.Subsequently,part design optimization was carried out,and the CAE strength of the optimized structure was checked.The validity of the optimization was verified by sample electrophoresis,and the electrophoretic defects of the rear subframe were successfully solved.
