摘要
阀芯是阀门最核心的零部件之一,其材料表面的硬度和耐腐蚀性能是影响零件应用场合的主要因素。研究了以阀芯材料316不锈钢为代表的活性屏离子渗碳表面硬化处理工艺,对渗碳层硬度、厚度和耐蚀性能分析研究,在不影响阀芯表面耐蚀性能的前提下,有效提高了表面硬度,因此具有很好的应用前景。
Valve core is one of the most core parts of valve,and the hardness and corrosion resistance of its material surface are the main factors that affect the application of parts.The surface hardening process of active screen ion Carburizing represented by 316 stainless steel was studied.The hardness,thickness and corrosion resistance of carburized layer were analyzed and studied.without affecting the corrosion resistance of valve core surface,the surface hardness was effectively and effectively improved,so it has a good application prospect.
